The adaptive immune response is essential in pathogen elimination from the human body. Our group employs a combination of biochemistry, cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) and molecular modeling to study immunobiological macro-molecular complexes. In addition, we develop cryo-EM methodologies for analyzing conformational heterogeneity pertaining to biomolecular function.
